In order to inquire about permissions to use the content of the Rigning Cedars of Russia book series, or to use any content on this website, or obtaining translation rights as well as film, radio, television and other rights from the author you must write a letter of inquiry to rights@vladimirmegre.com.

Your letter must include:
- The intended use and other relevant information that will help us evaluate your request, please be as specific as possible,
- Title of the book,
- Specific material in the book which you'd like to use, including page numbers and paragraphs,
- Your name, address, phone number and fax number.
